Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in network, infrastructure, or IT security operations.
Good understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security best practices.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and administration.
Manage, maintain, and monitor network, server, and IT infrastucture performance to ensure stable and secure operations.
Operate and maintain IT Security controls, endpoint protection, security solutions, and access management systems.
Monitor infrastructure and security incidents, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution.
Conduct vulnerability assesments, security reviews, and preventive measure to protect company information assets.
Handle user feedback and operational issues related to network, infrastructure, and security services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
Conduct security awareness activities and promote information security best practices across the company.
